Eggs-Tremely Good Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    4 oz. pimento cheese
    parsley to garnish
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine juices, mustard, mayonnaise and Tabasco.
    Add eggs and blend until smooth and fluffy.
    Add seasonings and cheese.
    Blend until smooth.
    Spoon into a bowl and top with parsley.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
