Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation

Shake ingredients in a medium plastic or paper bag.
Dip 4 pork rib or loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) into 1/4 cup of milk. Shake each in pork coating mix, coating both sides.
Cook on rack in shallow roasting pan in 425\u00b0 oven until done and brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
