Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
cherry pie filling
Preparation
- 
                            Mix first 5 ingredients.
 
Pour this mixture over upside-down wafers in muffin pan to 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool!
Top with cherry pie filling!!
