Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Marinate
    and chill chicken livers in mixture of listed ingredients
    for
    at least 4 hours.
    Roll chicken liver with a slice
    of
    water chestnuts in half a bacon slice.
    Secure with toothpick. Roll in brown sugar.
    Broil until browned.
