Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. fine chopped apples
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order listed.
Bake in greased Bundt pan or 2 waxed paper lined round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
