Asparagus Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can asparagus, drained
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
    butter
    fresh bread
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    An electric knife works very good for this.
    Flatten bread with rolling pin.
    Spread soft butter on bread.
    Lay 1 spear of well drained asparagus on bread; sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Place on baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until just golden brown. Better if served warm.
