Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 to 2 flank steaks
Preparation
    Place flank steak in shallow baking dish (laying flat).
    Mix all ingredients together, pour over steak and refrigerate; letting it marinate all day, turning occasionally.
    Barbecue or broil each side until desired doneness.
    Carve diagonally into thin slices and serve with your favorite salad, crusty bread and baked potatoes. Yields 3 servings per steak.
