Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick butter
    1 small pkg. crackers
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables according to package; drain.
    Place in the bottom of a dish.
    Mix together the onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread over the top of the vegetables.
