Chinese Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. drained bean sprouts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add all ingredients except noodles.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour, then bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
