Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    Cream Cheese Icing
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Beat eggs and oil in small bowl. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
    Add egg mixture and mix well. Stir in carrots. Pour into pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Top with icing when cool.
