Spanish Chicken Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    1 stick butter
    1 small pkg. processed cheese
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped pimento olives
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; remove from heat.
    Cool and debone. Boil noodles in chicken stock.
    Saute celery and peppers in butter. Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add soup, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes and chicken.
    Drain noodles and add to the chicken mixture.
    Pour into a large casserole dish and heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and heated thoroughly.
