Spinach Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped spinach, completely thawed and drained very well (do not cook)
1 1/2 to 2 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bacon, fried very crispy and crumbled
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
12 small flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread on flour tortillas and roll up.
Put each one in plastic wrap and chill overnight. Take out 30 minutes before serving and cut into fourths.
