Cherries Jubilee(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. currant jelly
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. rum
1/4 c. brandy
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine cherry pie filling, jelly, orange rind and rum in medium glass bowl.
Stir to blend.
Microwave on reheat for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated in center; stir.
Measure brandy into 1 cup glass measure.
Microwave on High for 15 to 20 seconds or until warm.
Pour brandy over cherry sauce and ignite.
Immediately spoon over ice cream.
Makes about 4 cups sauce.
