Susan Andracke'S Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. (1 lb.) cranberries
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Pick over and wash berries.
    Add water and cook until berries are soft.
    Press through fine sieve.
    Add sugar and boil another 10 to 15 minutes.
    Skim off white foam.
    Put in jelly glasses and cover with paraffin.
