Jalapeno Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 doz. tomatoes, peeled
5 to 6 hot jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt (per pt.)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook slow until onions and peppers are tender. Tomatoes can be mashed with a potato masher if you want. Pack in jars. Add salt. Seal. Place in hot water bath or pressure cooker 10 to 15 minutes.
