Bagna Cauda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 oz.) can rinsed anchovies
    10 cloves of garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    1 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan; add garlic and 1/4 cup cream.
    Reduce heat to low; cook 1/2 hour.
    Add anchovies.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add the butter and the rest of the cream and cook 5 to 8 more minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with sliced raw veggies or French bread.
    Serves 8.
