Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can salmon
    black pepper
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. sliced raw potatoes
    margarine
    1/3 c. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain salmon, saving liquid.
    Place salmon in center of greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with black pepper.
    Top with onion, green pepper and 1/3 cup of salmon liquid.
    Arrange the potatoes around the salmon.
    Dot with margarine and season.
    Pour the sour cream over the salmon; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
