Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the sugar, margarine and oil.
Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and sour milk and blend.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini.
Spread baking sheet or jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inches) with cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan and sprinkle the chips and nuts evenly over the top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
