Cheese Mushroom Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 pieces white bread
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 (3 oz.) cans mushroom buttons
    4 hard-boiled egg yolks, grated
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    dash of paprika
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Cut rounds from bread (2 per slice) and brush with butter on one side.
    Toast on buttered side.
    Place a mushroom on untoasted side.
    Mix remaining ingredients and put a teaspoon of mixture on each mushroom.
    Place under broiler until it puffs.
    Serve at once.
    Yields 32 puffs.
