Cream Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl soften cream cheese and butter and stir to mix.
    Add flour and salt; stir to mix.
    Shape into a 1 1/2-inch diameter log.
    Refrigerate.
    When dough is hardened, cut into 1/4-inch wafers.
    Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven, for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Biscuits will be light brown.
    No need to butter.
    Makes about 40 biscuits.
