Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

In oblong 9 x 13-inch pan spread pecans in bottom.
Top with shredded coconut.
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Put this on top of coconut.
Melt margarine.
Add cream cheese. Add powdered sugar.
Pour this on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
