Microwave Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pie crusts, Wicks
    12-14 (6 c.) peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant Clear Jel or 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    While peeling and slicing peaches, put one crust in a 9 inch microwavable pie plate and the other one on wax paper to thaw. Prick holes in pie crust in pan with a fork and microwave on 70% power for 7 minutes.
    Cut remaining pie crust into strips to place crisscrossed on pie.
