Hot Sausage Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casings; cook meat in large skillet until browned.
    Drain fat.
    Spoon sausage into large bowl and let cool. Add cheese, Bisquick and water, mix well.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls; place on a large cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and browned.
    Makes about 75 puffs.
