Potato And Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    4 good size onions
    3 pkg. chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. milk
    chunk of butter
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes and onions.
    Cover with water and cook until soft.
    Put in chicken bouillon, adding water if it gets low.
    Watch so it doesn't stick.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper. Add milk and butter.
    Let simmer.
    Can be made ahead and frozen. Reheat very slowly.
