Preparation

Salt and pepper steak. Flour
steak and fry in hot skillet, browning both sides. Remove steak from pan and add small amount of flour to hot oil. Stir. Continue to add flour and cook until golden brown. Add water and stir until comes to boil. Add small amounts of water and stir until gravy is thickness you desire. Place steak in covered dish and cover with gravy. Place in 250\u00b0 oven and cook until tender (1 hour or more, depending on amount you cook).
