Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box light brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves
1/3 c. water
1/2 block butter
1 tsp. vanilla (add later)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except vanilla well.
Cook on low fire and simmer.
Let cook until forms soft ball in water.
Add the vanilla. Remove from fire.
Cool.
Beat until begins to lose glaze.
Drop by spoon on wax paper.
