Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and sugar gradually until creamy.
    Add oil and beat.
    Add flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Stir in grated carrots, nuts, pineapple and vanilla.
    Pour in tube pan (ungreased).
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Do not turn pan upside down until it cools or it will break apart.
    Good plain or with cream cheese icing.
