Zucchini Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. diced zucchini
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
