Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. peeled shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 bay leaves
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Cook over medium heat until melted.
    Add tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and dry ingredients; simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over rice with French bread and butter.
