Yummy Shrimp Salad(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp
    3 ribs celery, finely diced
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chili sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of cayenne pepper or to taste
    chilled lettuce, chopped
    tomatoes (for garnish)
    hard-boiled eggs (for garnish)
    lemon wedges (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix together shrimp and celery; set aside.
    In separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients to make dressing.
    Pour dressing over shrimp and toss well.
    Serve chilled on bed of chopped lettuce, garnished with tomato, hard-boiled egg and lemon wedges. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
