Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. heated milk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix the flour, shortening, salt and sugar. Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm milk. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon flour.
    Let sit until the ingredients start foaming.
    Pour this into the flour mixture with 2 eggs.
    Mix well. Work into a large ball.
    Place in a large greased bowl.
    Set in refrigerator until it is raised (or overnight).
    Divide dough into 5 portions.
    Roll each piece like a pie crust and cut into pie slice pieces. Roll each piece, starting with wide end.
    Use soft butter to butter each butterhorn.
    Let raise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Cool horns, then spread with powdered sugar frosting.
