New Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    7 small red potatoes, quartered
    2 medium onions, cut into wedges
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    fresh chives for garnish
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and hot pepper sauce. Add potatoes and onions; toss to coat well.
    In 2-quart oblong baking dish or 2-quart casserole, spoon potato mixture in even layer.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Garnish with chives.
