Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine apples and sugar.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake in a 9-inch pan for 30 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip or frost with powdered sugar frosting.
