Cranberry Salad Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (3 oz.) boxes black raspberry jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cranberries
2 oranges
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
2 apples
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Chop cranberries, unpeeled and seeded oranges and unpeeled and cored apples.
Combine with the undrained pineapple and sugar.
Mix well.
Fold fruit mixture with jello. Add chopped pecans.
Pour into a lightly oiled 10 cup ring mold. Chill overnight.
