Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. sliced, pitted olives
    pinch of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 green peppers
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. tomato puree
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 bay leaves
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice onion, pepper and celery julienne-style and saute in margarine 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients
    and simmer 1 hour.
