Baked Walleye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Walleye fillets or other whitefish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
    Pat with paper towel. Spread mayonnaise on fillets.
    Sprinkle on bread crumbs and tarragon.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
