Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. starter
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour, unsifted
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cover
    starter,
    milk and 1 cup flour.\tLet stand for 4 to
    8 hours.
    Add
    rest
    of
    flour
    and
    seasonings.
    Mix all together; turn out onto floured board.
    Knead lightly 8 to 10 times.\tRoll or pat out dough to about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thickness; cut out biscuits.
    Dip each biscuit in salad oil;
    place in
    pan and let stand for 30 minutes.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
