Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 cucumber, chopped and peeled
    1/2 pkg. basket cheese, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint or 1 1/2 tsp. mint flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crumbled Feta cheese, rinse with water and drain
    sliced black olives
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash romaine lettuce, pat dry with paper towels and tear into bite size pieces.
    Place in a large bowl with cucumber, mint, cheeses, olives and tomato.
    In small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk together until well blended.
    Pour dressing over salad, toss well and serve.
