Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute hamburger, celery, onions and carrots; add soups, water, soy sauce and rice.
    Bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
