Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash
3 carrots
2 onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
2 sticks oleo or butter
Preparation

Cook squash, carrots and onions to tender; drain.
Add soup and sour cream.
Mix with vegetables.
Mix stuffing mix and butter.
Put 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of pan; add the vegetables and then top with other half of stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
