Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk or cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. crabmeat
Preparation
    Heat milk or cream in a small saucepan.
    Thoroughly mix the mustard and flour into melted fat and stir heated milk or cream into mixture.
    Cook until thickened; remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Mix well and spoon mixture into clam shells.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through or place 4 to 5 inches below broiler unit until lightly browned.
