Quantity Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 family size bottles ketchup
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 box chili powder
1/2 c. vinegar
8 onions, chopped
1 c. mustard
1 c. sugar
shortening (enough to brown ground beef in)
Preparation

Brown the beef; drain.
In a large skillet, combine all ingredients; salt to taste.
If too tangy, add sugar to your taste.
Add finely crumbled bread crumbs, enough to thicken as desired.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours on low heat, but stir often.
