Carla'S Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. Pioneer no-fat baking mix
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. zucchini, packed
Preparation

Beat egg whites, sugar, Sweet 'N Low and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients, zucchini and raisins.
Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Contains 164 calories per 1/6 of cake. No fat!
