4 green peppers, seeded and quartered
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 small onions, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 to 5 slices wheat bread, crumbled
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place quartered green peppers in boiling salted water for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove to baking pan.
