Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. apricot jello
8 to 10 peaches
Preparation

Mix and cook until thick and clear (10 minutes or more). Cool.
Slice peaches (8 to 10) and mix gently until all are coated.
Put into baked crust and chill.
Serve with whipped topping.
