Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. raisins or finely chopped dates
Preparation

Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
In large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Add sugar.
Add dry ingredients gradually.
Add pecans and raisins.
Half fill the floured coffee cans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
