Pineapple Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine pineapple chunks, sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs, mixed with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
