Homemade Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3/4 Tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 days.
    Mix every day.
    On the 7th day, form into 2-inch rolls.
    Bake at 180\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 4 hours on broiler pan or wire rack placed in shallow pan.
