Apple Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. applesauce or apple butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add applesauce or apple butter and vinegar. Sweeten to taste.
    Use whites of eggs for meringue top.
    Custard may be cooked with the crust.
