Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot or mild pork sausage
1 lb. grated sharp or mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble the sausage and mix with the cheese.
Add Bisquick. Mix 1 cup at a time.
Roll into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes). Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
Serve warm.
Makes about 7 dozen.
